Our Ragdoll Story
It all began when I was a child. I’d first learned about the Ragdoll breed by going to my local library and reading for hours about cats! The different breeds were very interesting! I always admired the pointed breeds! The Birmans, Himalayans and of course my all time favorite the Ragdoll! I was intriged by their striking blue eyes and gentle temperament. I never had one as a child, unfortunately. It took me until I was in my 20s to get my first Ragdoll! She was a seal point mitted! She was so cute and fluffy! We named her Daisy. She was affectionate, sociable, and laid-back. She was everything I read about the breed! Daisy was a constant source of joy, her gentle demeanor bringing warmth to our lives even on the toughest days.
As the years went by, we made memories together from lazy afternoons lounging in the sun to playful evenings filled with spirited games of chase. She enjoyed playing with my dog, Cain as well! He was triple her size.
Daisy taught us so much about love, patience, and companionship. She was not just a pet; she was part of our family. In 2012 Daisy passed away. It took until 2019 to get another Ragdoll. Having various domestic shorthair and domestic longhair cats my entire life, I knew that Ragdolls were unique. I never had a cat like Daisy, until I bought my 2nd Ragdoll cat, Teddy!
One day I started thinking that everyone who loves cats should at least have one Ragdoll cat in their
lifetime! I have devoted a great amount of time and dedication to help people accomplish getting this type of cat! I know that there are many breeds and cats in the shelter and I support them 100 percent. I do want to say if you are anything like I was as a child, get what you love! You want be disappointed! The Ragdoll testimonials you read about are 100 percent real!
I encourage anyone thinking about getting a Ragdoll to research the breed.
My prices of my cats are $1,200 plus Georgia tax.
They do not come with registration.
All adult cats are registered with TICA. The kittens will be vet checked, dewormed
and socialized. These are my personal pets and I do require an application before adoption.
I can meet at the local police department or the Chattanooga Tennessee airport.
Please keep in mind if you are outside of Georgia you will need to pay an additional $95 for a health certificate for traveling out of the state.
All kittens are raised indoors and very much socialized!
We have blue bi color, seal mink mitted, seal point bi color and seal point mitted.
Although we have mink and sepia lines we tend to have more traditional.
